National Disciples of Christ

We are Disciples of Christ,
a movement for wholeness
in a fragmented world.
As part of the one body of Christ,
we welcome all to the Lord's Table
as God has welcomed us.

HomeAid Northern California

MISSION STATEMENT: To build and maintain dignified housing where homeless families and individuals can rebuild their lives. HomeAid is the largest nationwide provider of transitional housing in America.

Established in 1999, HomeAid Northern California, a non-profit organization supported by the Home Builders Association of Northern California, was established to build or renovate shelters for temporarily homeless individuals, or families. Owned and operated by non-profit care providers, these shelters typically include counseling and job training as core components of their programs - ultimately offering "a hand up, not a hand out."
